My name is Eva de Graaf and I am the Secretary of the XLIInd STAR Board. Before becoming a Board member, I studied Business Administration at the RSM, in which I graduated last summer. In my third year I even got the opportunity to study abroad at Texas Tech University for one trimester, which was an incredible experience. Besides this, I organised STARs 8th Lustrum together with an amazing committee. Being part of this committee, while working hard and developing myself on a personal and professional level motivated me to become part of STAR once again.
Being a Board Member within STAR was a great opportunity for me to develop myself even further. I am challenged every day while being a part of an amazing team of motivated students. Besides learning a lot every day, we might have fun even more. An amazing group of Active Members and awesome projects make this Board year a year to remember.
As the secretary, I am responsible for all communication with the active and passive members and other external parties. Besides this I keep a close and structured overview of the yearplanning and membership database. As a Secretary you have a lot of extra time to spend on the STAR policy and other modules.
Besides supervision of the Activity Teams and the STAR Booksale, I am also responsible for the Human Resources within STAR. I am responsible for all personal and professional development of our Active Members and especially our full-time Active Members. The freedom I get as a Secretary challenges me every day to start new projects!
I hope to see you soon at our weekly drink on Wednesday or feel free to drop by the office at any time with any question you might have!
