Accelerating and zooming in on the difference businesses can make, and coaching the company and business leaders to surf the perfect ‘impact’ wave, that will cause their ripple effect, is Lieke’s expertise.
Her personal mission is to transform every leader into a responsible leader. Responsible leaders are leaders that dare to lead authentically, focus on the long term and are committed to doing the right thing. Her wish for the next generation is that they get to work for those leaders, where sustainability goals are as important as making profit. As a speaker, coach and trainer she inspires businesses to embrace the new way of working, for which she has recently been named one of the top 100 women in Social Enterprise 2023.
