Career Start Support

The Career Support pillar is one of the three pillars of STAR and it focuses on providing RSM students with all the career orientation, career preparation and training they need to be successful in the business world. With offline recruitment orientation during the STAR Management week, the Erasmus Recruitment Days, and other separate events organized throughout the year to bring students and companies together. During the whole year, STAR provides online career orientation on the Erasmus Recruitment Platform.

STAR Management Week

The STAR Management Week is the largest off campus business & recruitment event of the Benelux. This is the annual highlight of Study Association STAR and the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM). This year will be the 38th time the STAR Management
Week enriches RSM student life by bringing together students and companies, hosting numerous inspiring speakers and offering various workshops.

Erasmus Recruitment

Besides the recruitment platform, this year the Erasmus Recruitment Days take place from the 23rd of January till the 9th of February! The perfect opportunity to meet the biggest (international) companies. This is the largest (on-campus) recruitment event in Europe!

Consultancy Castle

During Consultancy Castle you can get to know 8 renowned strategy consultancy offices through online workshops, presentations, dinners and informal activities. During this three-day event, your analytical and social skills will be tested and you as a participant can get a good idea of ​​the work as a consultant. You can also learn more about the work and experiences of a strategy consultant in an informal way.
