MSc Supply Chain Management x ING: In-House Day Registration

ING Bank is inviting Supply Chain Management students to an In-House Day!

During your visit, you will get a taste of their Orange Way of Working. What does that mean?
They will introduce you to the environment we work in as well as the roles and responsibilities of the Operations & Change department. You will get the chance to take part in a presentation by their global process management team and a trainee. This will give you an idea of what they do and the cases they handle on a daily basis. We will close the day with drinks; the ideal opportunity to ask questions in an informal setting.

Here is a little more background information on the traineeship opportunities within the ‘International Talent Program’ – track Operations and Change:
The Operations & Change Traineeship at ING prepares you for pivotal roles within the Chief Operations Office (COO) domain. As a trainee, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing, improving, and innovating processes. Your responsibilities include keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly, suggesting data-driven improvements, and actively participating in implementation efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in convincing stakeholders of the need for change and contribute to shaping the company’s future direction.

Here’s what a journey looks like:
First Year: Engage in two challenging projects.
Second Year: Take on your third assignment and transition into a permanent role.
Sustainability: Contribute to building a sustainable bank.
Training and Coaching: Continuously develop your skills.
Impact: Influence the bank’s future.

Kindly note that transportation to the ING Bank headquarters is NOT included as they are easily reachable via public transports.
