Charlotte is a sustainability strategist, specialized in corporate action for an inclusive net-zero emissions economy. She joined Shell in May 2020 as a Strategy Advisor helping the company advance its energy transition and carbon strategy. Charlotte came to Shell from The B Team, where she co-lead the Net-Zero by 2050 initiative, which aims to drive courageous CEO leadership on climate action. Before that she was a Sustainability Specialist at NRG Energy, where her role was to help one of the US’s largest independent power producers create a clean energy future by catalyzing change within the company, as well as across the industry..
