Bente Schlüter

Hi everyone! 

My name is Bente Schlüter, and I am excited to introduce myself as the Project Manager Career of the XLIXth STAR Board. 

Three years ago, I moved to Rotterdam to start my bachelor’s in business administration. In my first year, I joined the STAR study trip to Malaysia, where I experienced something that stood out to me: the way people within STAR connected with each other. Even though I was not an active member at the time, I immediately noticed the energy, openness, and strong sense of involvement within the association. 

As I approached the end of my bachelor, I saw a board year as a unique opportunity between my bachelor and master. For me, it is a chance to challenge myself, meet many new people, and build something meaningful together with my fellow board members. 

As Project Manager Career, I will be responsible for STAR Management Week and Erasmus Recruitment. Together with the SMW committee and the ER Board, I look forward to working on two impactful career projects and creating valuable experiences for the students and companies involved. 

I am really excited for the year ahead and cannot wait to meet all of you!
