Lisa Micklei

Hi! My name is Lisa Micklei, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the Chairwoman of the XLIXth STAR Board. 

Three years ago, I started my BSc in Business Administration in Rotterdam. Since then, I have embraced student life, seeking to gain as many experiences as possible. My goal was to meet new people, try many activities, and grow both personally and professionally. 

This journey led me to STAR, where I found the perfect place to do all of that. I joined the active members community three years ago and have since been involved in several committees: ATAM, Skitrip, and twice in the Feeco committee. Beyond these fantastic events, I also participated in numerous other activities over the years, with the introduction weekend as a particular highlight, it’s where I met my closest friend group. Through these experiences, I developed a deep passion for the association and its members. The friendships I’ve made and the personal growth I’ve experienced have made my time in Rotterdam truly unforgettable. 

As Chairwoman of STAR, I will guide and support my fellow board members while focusing on the long-term strategy to ensure STAR continues to grow and deliver value to students. I’m looking forward to seeing you around campus and making this year a fantastic one!
