Aniek Vuurmans

Hi! My name is Aniek Vuurmans and the past year I was the Project Manager Career and Vice Chairman of the XLIIIrd STAR board. I look back on an enormously interesting and fun year. After finishing this Board year, I will start with my Master Strategic Management at the RSM.

As the Project Manager Career, I was responsible for the supervision of STAR’s most impactful recruitment events: STAR Management Week and Erasmus Recruitment Days. I highly enjoyed working closely with the SMW committee, ER board, and our joint venture partner EFR.

Last year we faced several challenges. We organised the first virtual editions of the STAR Management Week and Erasmus Recruitment Days, with great success! Despite the setbacks, we always managed to motivate ourselves to go for it. Now it is time to pass it on to Thomas. I have every confidence in the 44th STAR Board and wish them a lot of fun next year. It will be a year to never forget!
